About The Position

As a Warehouse team member, you’ll play a key part in connecting customers with the essential lawn, garden, and other products they need to keep their businesses growing. In this fast-paced, physical role you will receive trucks full of products and then prepare those products for customer delivery. Specifically, you will: Quickly and accurately build and pull customer shipment orders. (Lifting 50+ pounds.) Neatly palletize product. Secure products to pallets with either electric film wrap machine or manually. Load and unload trucks. Efficiently and safely operate machinery, such as forklifts and electric order picker. Follow all safety policies and procedures and encourage team members to do the same. Maintain a clean work area. Perform other warehouse duties that support business or customer needs.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Accept responsibility and account for your actions.
