About The Position

The Warehouse Employee plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers well served. This role supports the heart of our fulfillment operation by ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked, and shipped so customers receive the high-quality food they trust us to deliver. Your work directly impacts efficiency, accuracy, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
  • Comfort performing high-volume pick, pack, and inventory-related work in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification not required)
  • Basic communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience in food, CPG, e-commerce, or temperature-controlled environments
  • Interest in health, wellness, sustainability, or regenerative agriculture

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized, clean, and efficient storage areas to support safe and effective workflows
  • Accurately receive, inspect, count, and document incoming inventory, identifying damaged or incorrect items
  • Pick and pack orders according to order details, quality standards, and established procedures
  • Support inventory accuracy by assisting with counts, restocking, labeling, and replenishment activities
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided as needed)
  • Follow all safety procedures, food-handling standards, and PPE requirements while working in temperature-controlled environments
  • Collaborate with warehouse teammates and leads to meet daily volume goals and operational priorities
  • Identify and communicate issues related to inventory, equipment, or processes to leadership
  • Maintain reliable attendance and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
