This role follows standard operating procedures to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals. The position works collaboratively to ensure timely order fulfillment and facility organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand/walk for full shifts
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification
• Experience with barcode scanning or WMS platforms
• Availability for flexible shifts, including overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store materials following documented procedures
• Pick, pack, and stage orders with ≥99% inventory accuracy
• Operate material-handling equipment according to training
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile variances
• Inspect products and report quality or damage issues promptly
• Maintain clean, organized work areas aligned with safety standards
• Use warehouse systems to record transactions accurately
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements
