Job Description Warehouse Worker Mesquite, TX 2nd Shift (3:00p - 11:30p) Warehouse Worker I $19.00- $22.00 The Warehouse Worker I supports daily material handling, inventory, and shipping activities to keep plant operations running safely and efficiently. This role ensures accurate movement and documentation of raw materials and finished goods. It contributes to a reliable, collaborative, and safety‑focused warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer and scanning system proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of chemical or manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or pallet jacks
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders based on production and shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, labeling, and documentation
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Store materials safely following warehouse layout and handling procedures
- Inspect incoming products for accuracy and damage
- Follow all PPE, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Support cross‑functional teams as operational needs change
