Requirements

• Ability to understand written or spoken English instructions
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Organization and time management skills required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit for extended periods of time
• Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
• Ability to take measurements and do basic math calculations
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing experience desired
• Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, egg, shellfish, nut products, and fish
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment in accordance with all safety policies and procedures
• Load/unload semi trailers
• Put away raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse, coolers, and freezers
• Complete paperwork legibly and in a timely manner
• Supply production lines with materials
• Pick orders
• Utilize equipment to move semi trailers
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Rotate through various positions in the warehouse department
• Work both individually and as a member of a team to accomplish department and company goals
