We Take Care of Our Team Shift Available: 1st Shift PDC: 5:00am-1:00pm Monday - Friday Candidate must be be willing to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours during peak operations. This position offers: Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential Starting pay of $23.44/hr. with top out pay of $33.49/hr. What You Drive at DTNA Perform all production and non-production functions within the High-Performance Team Perform replenishment, cycle counts, location counts, PAR processing, suspense, error-loc and inventory management functions Assist with dealer calls and stock checks Process vendor return and scrap orders Support the facility departments with inventory discrepancies and slotting issues Investigate and/or communicate network quality alerts Participate in PDC project teams, re-warehousing and facility changes Assist with minor maintenance of building and tools Assist in implementing new methods/procedures, Continuous Improvement events, and eliminating 7 wastes Responsible for adhering to safety rules to ensure a clean and safe work environment Actively participate in the implementation of TOS, High Performance Teams, and other employee development techniques Operation of material handling equipment to include forklift, reach truck, and order picker Well versed with RF functions and basic computer skills Willingness to work flexible hours and cross train/assist in other departments as needed Knowledge You Should Bring 1–3 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Knowledge of D-View warehouse management system.
