About The Position

StableDry Services provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Join our team as the Warranty Administrator! This role plays a critical role in protecting the customer experience and company reputation by managing warranty claims from intake through resolution. This position serves as the liaison between customers, production teams and leadership to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective warranty service delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, construction administration or warranty coordination preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all warranty claims via phone, email and internal systems (i.e. Salesforce)
• Review contracts, scope of work and warranty coverage to determine eligibility
• Create, track and manage warranty cases from initiation to completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty activity
• Coordinate inspections, service appointments and follow-ups with production teams
• Ensure timely communications of schedules to customers and internal teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty issues
• Provide clear, professional and empathetic communication throughout the process
• Review photos, reports and documentation to assist in diagnosis of issues
• Ensure warranty work complies with company policies, contracts and applicable standards
• Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate to leadership
