Ed Morse is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team!

Requirements

• Warranty administrator experience
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills
• Five plus years of automotive service experience required at a dealership.

Responsibilities

• Processing manufacturer warranty claims and posting service invoices.
• Checking, verifying, and processing vehicle warranty repair claims, and following the receipt of payment from the manufacturer.
• Ensuring that all relevant and pertinent information for each claim is provided by the responsible parties involved to meet manufacturer standards.
• Assist the Service Manager with all daily service needs and operations including customer invoice posting
• Provide administrative support within the dealership by working alongside service manager, technicians and service advisors.
