• Experience processing factory warranty claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer

Responsibilities

• Maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer
• Ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
• Act as a liaison between service technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
