About The Position

The Warranty Coordinator supports the Warranty Team and ensures that company solutions perform to the expected level of performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with material handling or industrial automation systems
  • Computer skills including MS Office and CRM
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Team orientation

Responsibilities

  • Works with customers to resolve project warranty issues
  • Interacts with clients, vendors, and Wynright departments regarding warranty matters
  • Tracks project warranty historical information
  • Approves, monitors, and reports on warranty expenditures
  • Monitors part warranty claims to identify trends and investigate root cause
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through resolution of warranty issues
  • Works to coordinate material delivery and site visits for warranty related work
  • Assists the Client Care Service Delivery Coordinator with coordination tasks
  • Travels up to 50%
