About The Position

Warranty Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Job Summary: Serve as the primary liaison between builders, homeowners, and our field teams, managing and scheduling service requests. Responsible for the end-to-end warranty process while also handling essential administrative tasks, including the filing and tracking of municipal building permits. Responsibilities

  • Scheduling warranty appointments
  • Dispatching service providers
  • Obtaining service providers
  • Taking phone calls
  • Answering emails
  • Checking ITK or builder software for warranty related items
  • Approving invoices
  • Make sure appropriate back charges are sent to accounting
  • Ordering parts needed for warranties
  • Tracking down parts
  • Delivering parts
  • Creating/updating tickets
  • Getting updates from service providers/KMS employees
  • Communicating with builders, property managers, superintendents, and project managers.
  • Updating various reports
  • Applying for municipal permits
  • Coding receipts
