Under general supervision, evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations. Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration. Reviews less complex warranty claims independently. Efficiently handles simpler, routine special projects and reports Refers more complex situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation. Able to meet SLA requirements.
