Pima County's Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD) is proud to be an award-winning, industry leader in the management and sustainability of the water reclamation cycle and other renewable resources. As a Wastewater Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating the training to Wastewater Operations and Maintenance Technicians and other RWRD Treatment personnel. The selected candidate will deliver direct instruction on wastewater theory and facility operations and maintenance in both classroom and field settings as part of a career development and state regulatory-required certifications. This position is also responsible for creating and developing multimodal training content, instructional materials, and presentations for both in-person synchronous and asynchronous web-based learning. This position requires excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills combined with a strong aptitude for public speaking.
