Requirements

Must have good computer skills
Good customer service skills
Must obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision making
Must be familiar with Xactimate and Mitigate
Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Working knowledge of basic office equipment
Must be able to learn and utilize new software
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Manage activities of Water Department production to ensure efficient operation of the department
Write water damage restoration estimates with Xactimate
Update the jobs in the job tracking software to comply with insurance requirements
Ensure that all job document requirements are met
Contact customers to schedule services and collect payment for services
Ensure the profitability of water restoration jobs
