About The Position

CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort is a family-friendly hotel with 392 spacious guest rooms and a one-of-a-kind 54,000 sq. ft. canopy-covered/outdoor water park located on Orlando's iconic International Drive. Along with exhilarating water slides and refreshing swimming pools, our International Drive hotel is home to a 6,500 sq. ft. arcade, two restaurants, an on-site convenience store, fitness center and more. As a proud Universal Partner Hotel, CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort provides a scheduled shuttle service to Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando, or hop on the I-Ride Trolley to cruise the shops and attractions along the International Drive corridor. We are looking for a Water Park Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests visiting the water park. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with admissions, processing transactions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Requirements

  • Previous guest service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience handling cash transactions and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Basic cash-handling and computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Process ticket sales, and other admissions transactions accurately.
  • Provide guests with information about water park attractions, operating hours, policies, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist guests with locker rentals, wristbands, and other park amenities.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and water park store.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors and other departments regarding guest needs or operational concerns.
  • Follow all company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
