Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain
  • Interest in or exposure to drinking water systems, including distribution systems, rural water systems, and water treatment facilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within the role
  • Valid U.S. work authorization
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, design, and development of drinking water projects
  • Support project teams in preparing plans, specifications, and reports
  • Work on water distribution systems, rural water systems, and water treatment facilities
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other team members
  • Participate in field work and data collection as needed
  • Support project documentation and communication with internal teams
