About The Position

Water Restoration Claims Administrator We are currently searching for a full time estimator for our West Region. This position is located out of our Arizona Call Center, located in Tempe, AZ. The main focus is to write estimates in Xactimate and follow up with both the customer and insurance adjuster for payment of the job. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in the water restoration or insurance industry, with excellent Xactimate software skills and the ability to build a job estimate with precision and efficiency. In addition, the candidate will have strong communication skills with both the customer and the insurance industry, and have a good working knowledge and/or experience with water restorations collections. This position has a pay range of $24.00-$26.00 an hour, depending on experience. Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Requirements

3 years Xactimate experience

Nice To Haves

3-5 years insurance or water restoration industry experience
Collections experience, preferably in the water restoration industry
Administrative experience in the restoration (preferred) or service industry
Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
Able to handle multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a professional manner with customers and insurance industry
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

Fluent knowledge of Xactimate/write estimates for commercial & residential customers and submit to insurance for payment
Working knowledge of restoration billing and collections procedures
