About The Position
Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available 24/7 We believe in serving out community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most
Requirements
- 0-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on-call rotation
- Hard worker with attention to detail
- Relationship building/maintenance skills
- Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
Nice To Haves
- HVAC and Carpentry experience a plus - compensation would be adjusted per skillset
Responsibilities
- Assist project manager on various construction projects
- Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
- Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed
- Pre and post construction debris removal
- Contents cleaning and packing
- Create a general cleaning plan depending on project needs
