For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.com POSITION SCOPE The Water Truck Operator must be able to operate a water truck according to project specifications. Primary duties include watering the haul road, maintaining and operating equipment on a daily basis on a washing or crushing plant.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Part 48 certified
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Mechanical knowledge of equipment and being able to perform routine maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment efficiently to maintain production goals
  • Perform general maintenance, repair, and service wash or crushing plant equipment as required or directed by supervisor
  • Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis
  • Use of a shovel to move material will be necessary
  • Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy
  • Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup
  • Perform other duties as assigned
