About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Dallas!
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experience with daily management/leadership
- Salary is commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
- Assist with short/long-term strategic planning
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management duties
