About The Position

The Waterpark Aquatic Supervisor is part of an incredible team working at our indoor/outdoor Waterpark. In this fast paced, positive and fun, team-oriented environment, the Waterpark Aquatic Supervisor assists in overseeing day to day operations on the aquatic floor, while monitoring guests and staff to ensure safety protocols are upheld. In addition to giving excellent customer service, while providing our guests with a remarkable experience in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16
• Maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor certification (will train upon hire)
• Maintain current American Red Cross LG/CPR/AED/FA certification with Waterpark and O2 administration

Nice To Haves

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with guests of all ages
• Previous supervisory experience and/or strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of aquatic areas including appropriate staffing levels, consistent rules enforcement and risk management
• Complete and submit all required documentation and emails in a timely manner, including investigation of all problems with staffing, equipment or facility needs
• Answer questions and assist guests to provide excellent customer service
• Continue personal and staff education and development through daily training, post training, audits, in-services and resort sponsored opportunities
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by management
