We offer upward mobility and internal promotions. Primary Function: Cross-train and become capable of performing multiple functions in our Wax environment. Operators classified at the “C” level will be proficient at 1) introductory and basic-level wax pattern rework, 2) introductory-level and intermediate-level injection, and 3) introductory-level and basic assembly functions . WAX Goal: The ultimate goal of a Wax Operator is to be cross trained for all jobs within the department. Operators are given the opportunity and will be expected to train with the goal of achieving “Wax Operator B” status.
