As the Global Experience Marketing Innovation Manager – Floor Care, you will be responsible for developing and refining the consumer experience (CX) strategy, category value propositions, and claims territories to ensure a compelling positioning floor care, air care, water care and SDA portfolios. You will work closely with Product Line, R&D, Brand, and Legal teams to shape long-term category innovation and ensure that product launches are built on strong, insight-driven consumer benefits. This role is strategic and future-focused, ensuring consistency and coherence in A-brand strategies, claims development, and marketing enablers while supporting the long-term innovation pipeline.
