About the position

As the Global Experience Marketing Innovation Manager – Floor Care, you will be responsible for developing and refining the consumer experience (CX) strategy, category value propositions, and claims territories to ensure a compelling positioning floor care, air care, water care and SDA portfolios. You will work closely with Product Line, R&D, Brand, and Legal teams to shape long-term category innovation and ensure that product launches are built on strong, insight-driven consumer benefits. This role is strategic and future-focused, ensuring consistency and coherence in A-brand strategies, claims development, and marketing enablers while supporting the long-term innovation pipeline. Its based at our HQ In Stockholm.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistency and coherence in A-brand experience marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning.
  • Lead the refinement and execution of the CX framework, including the development of CX strategy and consumer journey mapping.
  • Define and maintain a structured product naming framework in collaboration with Brand teams.
  • Develop category value propositions and consumer laddering logic, ensuring clear differentiation and strong emotional and functional storytelling.
  • Define and refine claims territories and key claims routes, working closely with the Category Innovation Manager, R&D, and Legal to ensure credibility and substantiation.
  • Support the development of scientifically backed claims and messaging that resonate with consumers and provide competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Category Managers and Consumer Insights to ensure claims are validated and tested for consumer relevance.
  • Represent Experience Marketing in the innovation triangle and new experience development, ensuring that future product development aligns with consumer needs and category strategies.
  • Lead marketing input in global leverage launches, defining the consumer experience strategy, value proposition, and claims territories.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Category Innovation teams to validate consumer benefits and ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Develop an annual learning plan to support Category Innovation team and R&D insights needs, ensuring a continuous feedback loop for innovation.
  • Work closely with Legal, R&D, and Product Line and Regional Experience Marketing teams to ensure all experience marketing strategies are consumer-driven, competitive, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 7–8 years of experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, brand management, or innovation marketing, preferably in consumer goods, home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in CX framework development, category positioning, and claims strategy.
  • Experience working with Product Innovation, R&D, Legal, and Consumer Insights to validate claims and define consumer experiences.
  • Ability to translate insights into marketing enablers, including product naming, value proposition laddering, and claims substantiation.
