Job Summary The Wealth Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing operational support and administrative duties for the entire department, including seasonal surges in time demands, i.e. year-end Tax Season. The Assistant undertakes a range of administrative tasks that support the entire Wealth Department and will have extensive client interactions in person, over the phone and digitally. The successful candidate will be organized, open-minded and adaptable while developing processes and procedures.
