About The Position

About this Opportunity: As an Intern, you will be responsible for administrative support, data entry, and other specially assigned projects. For External Candidates: Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Berwyn, PA. Requirements

  • Has ability to provide quality customer service
  • Has ability to interact with other departments in the organization
  • Has minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably be a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
  • Preferably has prior experience in general administrative or customer service duties

Responsibilities

  • Ensure forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current
  • Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Assume other general administrative duties as assigned (faxing, scanning, copying, etc.)
  • Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned
  • Assist in gathering requested information and files
  • Assist with projects assigned by manager
