About The Position

Destination Wealth Advisors is a small but growing wealth management first that believes financial advice should feel personal, thoughtful, and long-term. We collaborate closely with individuals, families, and business owners to help them make smart decisions about their money and build confidence in their financial future. Because we are a smaller firm, you will not be stuck doing just one task all day. You will get real experience from day one. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our team in a non-advisor role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and supporting a team – and wants to build a long-term career in financial services without pursuing a financial advisor path. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is not a sales position and is not designed as a pathway to becoming a financial advisor. It is an opportunity to build expertise in client service, financial operations, and practice management within a growing firm. This opportunity is an in-office position (4 days/week, 1 day/remote) in the heart of Mooresville.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, related field OR two or more years in the banking or financial industry (preferred)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfortable with Excel, spreadsheets and learning new software
  • Positive, dependable team player who is eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & manage client account paperwork and processing
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance
  • Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor pending transactions and follow through to completion
  • Ensure everything is handled accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Support compliance & documentation standards
  • Help advisors stay organized and prepared
  • Monitor workflows and identify process improvements
  • Contribute to a smooth high-quality client experience
