Assisting in the organization of and preparation for (including agendas, presentations, and logistics, as applicable) a variety of meetings (e.g., weekly leadership team meetings, and departmental all-hands meetings and offsites). Supporting COO in executive meeting management, including marketing leadership calls. Supporting COO with executive presentations, external speaking engagements, social media activity. Assisting in developing onboarding and training programs for the team to ensure general understanding of group and Company processes by all personnel. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
