About The Position

The Wealth Management & Retirement Plan Client Service Representative plays a central role in supporting both the Wealth Management Relationship Manager and the Retirement Plan Relationship Manager. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. As part of a firm affiliated with a Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), this individual will assist in delivering an exceptional client experience across wealth management and retirement plan services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management, retirement plan services, or a Broker/Dealer/RIA environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Independent, self-motivated work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client reports, portfolio summaries, and retirement plan review materials.
  • Assist with the creation of educational content and presentation materials for employee education meetings.
  • Support relationship managers with day-to-day client service needs and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, including account applications, transfers, and service requests.
  • Manage submission of required documents to compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (Redtail) and other client data systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the check blotter and other required logs.
  • Coordinate with custodians and Broker/Dealer operations teams as needed.
  • Track outstanding items and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up documentation.
  • Support internal process improvements and workflow optimization.
