About The Position

The Wealth Management Support Specialist II demonstrates proficiency in handling intermediate day-to-day client issues and providing support to assigned Wealth Advisors with moderate supervision and may be involved in division-wide marketing and client relationship management activities. In addition, this role will serve as the primary relationship manager for a group of assigned accounts. May also serve as a Support Specialist through our Broker/Dealer, LPL Financial, LLC.

Requirements

  • Trust Accounting Software a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 5 years related preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist or perform day-to-day account administration including client communication, appointment scheduling, and file maintenance.
  • Serve as liaison between Wealth Advisors, AMTS Operations, and the AMTS Investments team.
  • Prepare client and prospect proposals and presentations, documents, account set-up forms, and electronic files for new accounts.
  • Assist with financial plan implementation.
  • Assist with business development efforts (e.g. special events, mailings, and follow up calls).
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a group of assigned accounts with minimal complexity.
  • Complete Regulatory and Administrative account review.
  • Process client transactions
  • Communicate with clients, as necessary
  • Assist Financial Consultants with set up and onboarding
