Provides in-office support to a team of Wealth Advisors serving a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. Works closely with assigned advisor(s) to understand client needs and objectives, serving as the primary intake point for most client and advisor requests. This role plays a key front‑office function, maintaining frequent client interaction and ensuring a high level of service. The teammate will assist with managing advisor workloads and will triage, prioritize, and delegate operational requests to the centralized service team when appropriate.
