Prior experience in at least one of the following: Web content QA Data entry / data QA Web scraping support or content operations
Comfortable working with: Web browsers and basic developer tools (e.g., inspecting links, identifying file types). PDF files (viewing, downloading, copying text, basic navigation). Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking, logging, and QA.
Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and apply them consistently across a large volume of content.
Reliable, independent worker with clear written communication in English.
Responsibilities
Review assigned web pages and assets against documented formatting and QA guidelines.
Verify URLs, page structure, metadata (for example, time of last update), file types, and content accessibility for scraping readiness.
Manually extract and collect content from PDFs, gated reports, and other non-HTML assets as needed.
Populate clean, validated results into the internal tracking tool.
Identify, log, and clearly document issues or edge cases in spreadsheets or tracking tools.
Prepare and format associated metadata so it is ready for downstream loading, including (but not limited to): Time/date of last update Accurate mapping of metadata fields to the correct URL or asset Cross-reference web data with additional sources or APIs when required to ensure metadata accuracy.
Follow guidelines consistently and flag ambiguities or exceptions for review.
