Make a Difference The Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web properties that are user‑friendly, secure, and optimized for peak performance. This role combines technical expertise with creative problem‑solving to deliver seamless digital experiences that support business goals. The developer will work across both front‑end and back‑end functions, collaborating closely with designers, content teams, and key stakeholders to ensure all sites align with brand standards, meet functional requirements, and provide exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of professional web development experience, including specific Drupal training/experience required.
• Two (2) years of front‑end and back‑end development experience (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) required.
• Two (2) years of experience with CMS platforms, AI/SEO tools, and analytics platforms required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility requirements, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of data protection principles and secure coding standards.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), AI/SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong testing and debugging skills; attention to detail with the ability to maintain big‑picture perspective.
• Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Website Development & Maintenance\: Build and maintain Drupal‑based websites using clean, modular, and maintainable code. Perform both front‑end and back‑end development tasks, including theming, module configuration, and light custom module development.
• AI Tool Integration\: Support integration of AI tools into Drupal workflows to enhance capabilities such as content generation, personalization, and search optimization.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance\: Work closely with designers, senior developers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality digital solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and agile/sprint working sessions.
• Technical Standards & Adaptability\: Ensure all web properties are scalable, responsive, secure, and adaptable to evolving technologies and best practices.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned.
