Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in web production, SEO, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with WebFlow CMS and familiarity with modern web tools.
  • Proven ability to manage web growth strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in technical and content SEO.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation support.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics for decision-making.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a balance of strategic and executional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end web strategy, aligning site architecture and content with business goals.
  • Manage the website roadmap, balancing strategic projects with ongoing production needs.
  • Evolve the website to reflect product innovations and market trends.
  • Develop the organic discoverability strategy across search engines and AI platforms.
  • Oversee keyword strategy, performance measurement, and external agency management.
  • Lead initiatives for web production including site updates, technical improvements, and UX enhancements.
  • Optimize conversion paths and run experiments to improve site engagement.
