About The Position

Resolution Think LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Technologist to support the Army Fires Center of Excellence located at Fort Sill, OK. The individual shall provide comprehensive design, management, and continuous enhancement of the USAFCOEFS internal and external websites, portals, digital assets, and platforms. Delivering optimal functionality, robust security, and a positive user experience, all in alignment with vision and mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related field; OR five (5) years of experience in Web & System Development
  • Proficiency in MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, X Code, VS Code, PowerQuery.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Bot creation.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and other graphic design software.
  • Web Development Skills: HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Scripts, Cascading Style sheets, and dynamic/static web interfaces.
  • SharePoint Administration (permissions, sites, document libraries, workflows).
  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and accessibility standards
  • Programming languages and frameworks
  • Must hold and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance and assistance for all USAFCOEFS internal and external WPDAP, covering web technologies, data management, data visualization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and workflow automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain USAFCOEFS digital assets, including internal and external websites, Power Platform applications, automated workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and collaborative technology implementation, while ensuring strict adherence to all cybersecurity, information security, and assurance policies across managed internet services.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to USAFCOEFS , tenant units, Garrison, DENTAC, and MEDDAC.
  • Provide strategic planning support to the USAFCOEFS FCoE Chief Knowledge Officer, which includes assisting in the development of long- and short-range plans and the optimization of resource allocation.
  • Provide prompt and effective user support, serving as a primary point of contact for USAFCOEFS web capabilities and a liaison with installation staff, Army personnel, and contractors.
  • Create and edit assets for print and web, utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and any other industry-standard graphic design software as required.
  • Keep a daily log of all work performed and provide COR monthly reports of work completed or work pending completion.
  • Respond to all routine service requests within four (4) hours of notification and complete all work within eight (8) hours of notification.
  • Engineer media sites to ensure consistency across domains.
  • Design, develop, and support web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio and video, and social networking services and their associated APis.
  • Coordinate with business content owners and a variety of content providers, departments, and offices to provide solutions, drafting the final version for publication.
  • Provide input and feedback to content owners and management support on design, aesthetics, and implementation of enriching features and technologies within the Government environment.
  • Perform reviews and audit actions for websites and online content for relevant and timely information, and compliance with regulations and policy.
  • Perform maintenance, administration, and enhancement of websites and web-based services.
  • Design and implement links, to other DOD websites, which comply with DOD and U.S. Army G-6 standards and regulations.
  • Identify changes necessary to upgrade websites and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
