This role combines hands-on interface design, user experience strategy, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams to create seamless, customer-focused journeys aimed at driving customer acquisition and conversion. You will work across SaaS platforms, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and e-commerce environments, applying data, behavioral insights, UX best practices and design thinking philosophy to optimize pre- and post-shopping cart experiences that turn visitors into customers.
