The Website Design & Communications Intern will support the Human Resources Department and collaborate closely with another intern and cross‑functional team members to deliver a creative, time‑sensitive project over the summer. This paid, full‑time internship runs 6–8 weeks, beginning in late May 2026 and concluding in early July 2026. Interns will work on a team‑relevant project designed to have lasting impact beyond the internship period. Throughout the internship, you will be assigned a dedicated manager who will inspire you, oversee your work, help you to identify project goals, and support your professional development. Interested candidates must provide examples of their work in website design programming and/or a link to their portfolio. The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to take direction, follow instructions and be open to constructive feedback with a professional and positive attitude. Thorough understanding of design principles, production and layout skills and demonstrated expertise using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as demonstrated experience in building and producing designs for both print and interactive media are a must. You possess excellent time-management skills, an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and strong, refined typography skills including logo design and brand development. In this internship you will work with multiple internal groups to create a well-designed online website with a focus on end user experience that incorporates communications and branding elements for a final creative project. Interns are expected to create design solutions based on initial conceptual and visual direction provided by leadership.
