Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.
Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Sweeps and mops floors; vacuums carpets.
Removes beverage cups and trash from gaming areas.
Wipes down gaming machines; cleans glass doors and windows.
Cleans and sanitizes restroom facilities including sinks, toilets, stalls, walls, and mirrors.
Monitors and restocks restroom supplies.
Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
Other duties may be assigned.
