About The Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve after-hours issues for shippers and receivers
• Provide customer service support
• Update customer on load tracking and tracing high-priority loads transported
by drivers
• Ensuring on-time delivery of loads for customers

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Physical Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of related experience in the trucking industry preferred
• Customer service skills and effective communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented and good with following up on unfinished tasks
• Basic personal computer or host terminal skills are necessary
• Ability to operate quickly in a fast-paced environment
