About The Position
Asheville Community Program is a transitional living community for people whose lives are impeded by mental health challenges. Location: Asheville, NC Schedule: The ACP Weekend Recovery Coach position will be part-time with weekend shifts. Staff will have the option of signing up for additional PRN (as-needed) shifts, with a maximum of 29 hours per week.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience
- At least 21 years or older, a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record to be on our company car insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist the residents in meeting their goals and oversee all aspects of community living
- Support residents with meal prep, grocery shopping, chores, medication management, host outings/events, and mediate conflicts
- Complete weekly notes, email, & complete routine paperwork in a timely manner
- Active participation in Community Program meetings
