About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a weekend night shift assignment at a facility in Hilton. This role is ideal for a dependable nurse who is comfortable working overnight and committed to providing high-quality patient care in a facility setting.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• Experience with wound care and/or tube feeding preferred
• Previous nursing experience in a facility or similar healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
• Ability to reliably work 12-hour overnight shifts (7P–7A) on weekends
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform wound care as needed, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
• Assist with or manage tube feeding (enteral feeding) and related care when required
• Communicate effectively with facility staff, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety and follow all facility and BrightStar Care protocols
