Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience (TIG/MIG required).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged materials.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and welding equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Nice To Haves

Technical or Trade School diploma preferred.
Welding certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged components according to blueprints or verbal instructions.
Operate TIG and MIG welding equipment, as well as cutting torches and plasma cutters as needed.
Grind, clean, and inspect welds, repairing cracks or filling holes.
Select appropriate materials, filler rods, and tools for each project.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists safely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following company safety policies.
Work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors to meet production goals.
