About The Position

Wood is currently recruiting Welder Helpers near Carlsbad, NM. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background tests. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to read blueprints Assisting workers in welding, brazing and thermal and arc cutting activities. Moving and gathering work pieces (pipe materials), setting up pipe, and helping fit spools. Interpreting blueprints or drawings. Lifting or moving heavy materials such as pieces of pipe, equipment or sheet metal
