Requirements

2–4 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED (technical school certification a plus)
AWS D1.1 welding certificate
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

Put your welding skills to work operating MIG (and occasional TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components.
Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision (down to 1/32”) to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time.
Confidently stitch sheet metal and weld water-tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
Position weld-ons and beam pads accurately, knowing the details make all the difference.
Use a variety of shop tools—including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters—to bring designs to life.
