Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
• Inspect welds for quality and precision
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
