Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
2-3 years of experience preferred
Work must be performed carefully and with great accuracy
Must be able to use simple/basic math, and basic hand-held measuring tools
Lift or carry over 50 pounds
Operate tools, equipment and machinery with caution to prevent damage or injury to self or others
Follow policies, procedures, work methods, directives and work rules established by Company management

Responsibilities

Operates metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using Stick, MIG, and TIG welding
Proficient in Carbon Arcing
Operating Oxygen and Acetylene torch, Plasma Cutting
Experience working with AR, and Hard facing materials.
Read and interpret blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read measuring tools
Ability to follow work orders and work in teams
Keep all work areas clean and organized
Other duties as assigned
