Job Title: Welder (Stick Welding, SMAW) Location: Brandon, MS Employment Type: Full Time Pay: $28-$32 per hour plus overtime

Requirements

• 4+ years SMAW experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform stick welding to join metal components, ensuring strong, clean, and precise welds.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment, including selecting appropriate electrodes and settings for various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
