Shift: 3rd 10:00pm - 6:30am Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Welding knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operates welding machine in order to join metal spans in metal fabrication process
May set up and operate machines such as drill presses, punch presses, saws, shears, bending rolls, brakes, grinders, and numerical control equipment to shape and alter metal according to specifications.
Follows blueprints, customer specifications, rough sketches, or engineer drawings to shape mend, weld metal accurately.
Uses hand and power tools to shape, cut, and smooth metal and to blend seams.
May set up and operate soldering and welding equipment.
Spot weld milled steel and stainless steel.
Square up and weld various shapes of components.
Weld both vertical and horizontal planes.
Good understanding of set up techniques.
Meets agreed upon goals and objectives promptly.
Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner.
Operate a forklift safely.
Stacking finished material as it is produced by Mill Operator.
