A Well-being Intern supports organizational health initiatives by assisting with the planning, promotion, and execution of wellness programs, including event coordination, educational material creation, and data analysis. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in public health or nutrition to improve employee engagement and well-being. Program Support: Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, such as nutrition workshops, mental health sessions, and stress-reduction initiatives. Marketing & Communication: Create, design, and distribute engaging marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, digital content) to promote wellness events. Event Coordination: Coordinate, set up, and facilitate on-site or virtual health events, workshops, and wellness challenges. Data Analysis & Reporting: Survey employees to assess wellness needs, analyze program participation data, and assist in drafting impact reports. Research & Resources: Conduct research on wellness trends, such as mindfulness, mental health, and physical health, to enhance program offerings.
