Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience operating water well-drilling equipment
  • Valid CDL Class B license
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Drilling techniques and safety regulations
  • Active: Able to lift 75+ lbs., bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with geothermal drilling and stick welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company trucks and drilling equipment, requiring a valid CDL Class B license.
  • Set up, level, & secure drilling equipment at each job site.
  • Drill boreholes, monitor progress, and adjust operations as conditions change.
  • Install casings, screens, seals, and related well components.
  • Inspect, maintain, & troubleshoot drilling equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and industry standards on every job.
  • Keep basic job records and communicate clearly with the crew and customers.
  • Travel to job sites within 100 miles of the shop and keep equipment organized.
